At least I have lots of left over breakfast items AND, because I completely rearranged the furniture, I was able to sweep under and around parts of the apartment that hadn't seen a broom in a while. Now, the apartment is nice and clean which made yoga-ing this morning an absolute dream. Nothing gross anywhere on the floor around me. Ahhhhhh! So zen.

| Why, yes, this IS a bag full of Starbucks coffee. We are now stocked for LIFE. |
I did get a call Monday morning about filling in somewhere last minute, but I needed to get my computer thing sorted, so I ended up bailing on that one. And then, yesterday, I was called about filling in here at Bigs, but because of rehearsal, I wasn't able to take that one either. I'd love to get a job for the rest of the week, though, so hopefully something pops for me tomorrow or Friday (or both!).
Although there are a couple EPA auditions that I might attend this week (one Friday morning and one Saturday afternoon), I'm pretty sure that this is the first week in over a month that I haven't had at least one audition scheduled! Looks like we're nearing the end of EPA season... I guess that's a good thing, but it seems more than likely that I won't be working on a show this summer. Bummer!
Speaking of shows, I have been offered, and accepted the role of Prospero in The Tempest! I am both nervous and enthusiastic about tackling this HUGE part AND they are PAYING ME! YEEEEEEES! First professional gig in this city! Not gonna lie, I'm crazy excited! We are probably gonna start rehearsals either end of next week or the beginning of the following, so I will be in rehearsals for both Martyr'd Signs AND Tempest at the same time. BUT since I'm mostly off-book for Martyr'd Signs already, it shouldn't be too insane working both shows.
The Tempest has two performances at the end of May, and then I'm free again, so I'll keep auditioning and keep trying to land something for the summer. Here comes the insanity!
