Slope Fitness on the left and the beautiful sunset on the right. OBSESSED!
I am eternally thinking ahead. And, knowing how much I love these long days, and my gorgeous sunset walks to teach yoga in the evenings, I am already getting a little sad about June 21st growing nearer and the days beginning to shorten (in the same way that I look forward to December 21st because that means the days will only grow longer from there). But in the meantime, and until it is no longer the case I am going to be fangirling ALL OVER the sunsets I get to see on my walk to teach on Monday and Tuesday nights! Seriously, OBSESSED.

Sunset with the church steeple in the background. I love those pinks and blues...
And I don't know why, but last night's seemed like something pretty spectacular. I am just so glad I get to see these on the way to yoga. It feels like nature's gorgeous stamp of approval for a good yoga class.
Thank you, nature. I will probably talk about your gorgeousness in my class tonight.

Rose bush found on my walk home from a yoga class last Thursday. Nature, you are beautiful!
BTW, last night's class was great. One regular, and one new student, who both seemed to enjoy what I taught! You guys, I just love teaching yoga so DAMN MUCH. It's one of the most rewarding things I've ever had the pleasure of getting paid to do. I feel so lucky that a year ago (A YEAR AGO!!!!!) I started my teacher training and took myself down this path of health and wellness that has, quite literally, changed my life. This city moves at such a rapid pace that taking the time to breathe, center myself (and help center others), and work on an asana practice for an hour a day has helped me balance so much of what gets thrown at me. Seriously, thank GOD for yoga.
