| Well played, street artist, well played... |
Oh, AND I made the MOST DELICIOUS salad for lunch. It was a spinach salad (everything was from the Grand Army Plaza farmer's market: spinach, vine-ripened tomatoes, cukes, mushrooms, avocado, carrots, green peppers) with skirt steak, sunflower seeds, a hard-boiled egg, and a greek yogurt and tomatillo salsa dressing. Um, yes please. SO GOOD. It was so big I had to assemble it here! But so yummy! And totally healthy! I love summer salads (now if only the weather would cooperate)!
